The 3 Year Plan

3 year plan offers 6 weeks per year sailing with the option of buying further weeks at a preferential rate.

Initial cost from £17,500 per share, with 6 other co owners each paying £1,750 per year towards the known costs of annual maintenance, mooring and insurance charges.

Or

Half share option, costing from £9,250 plus £875 per year towards maintenance/ moorings/ insurance and giving you 3 weeks per year sailing in the Algarve sunshine. (Additional weeks can also be purchased at special rates).

On completion of a plan

At the end of agreement period, you will have the choice to extend your agreement for a further period or to terminate it and receive an agreed share buyback figure.
