"My wife and I bought a 6 week share in Bonito in May and so far we've loved it! Not only are Mark and Jane friendly, welcoming and informative, they also run a tight ship on and off the boat. We have already used the yacht twice over the summer and everything was always immaculate and ready for us when we arrived so we could jump straight on and get down to some sailing. And what a yacht! With a mixed ability crew it was great to sail in both high and light winds, a variety of sea states and could easily be handled with just two people. We had up to 5 onboard and there was plenty of room above and below deck with ample room for 6.
So far we have really enjoyed discovering the variety of different anchorages and marina's along the Algarve coast, which boast a huge variety of great beaches, places to eat, culture, history and activities (including surfing!). We're really looking forward to taking Bonito for longer voyages in the future to Lisbon, Gibraltar and maybe even Morocco. This has been a lifelong dream realized and hasn't disappointed. Roll on all the sailing to come!"
David, Jane and Family – Yacht Bonito
"We completed our Day Skipper courses with Learn2Sail in the summer of 2015 and caught the sailing bug.
We were interested in doing more sailing, but didn't want to commit to purchasing a yacht and all the running costs involved, as well as worry of the boat being unattended for long periods.
Share2Sail is perfect for us.
You have a share in a beautiful, well maintained and cared for boat, but at a fraction of the cost.
We honestly couldn't recommend it more."

"With very limited experience Mark from Learn2sail with his patience and knowledge, helped us through our courses and now we have a part share in Bonito looking forward to our next adventures and Portugal"
Ros and Andy – Yacht “Bonito”
"Share2sail has enabled us to have use of a well maintained yacht at a reasonable cost when previously we were paying large sums to charter. The management of our boat is excellent and Mark and Jane are always on hand to help us with our queries. No request too small should be the motto."
Tim P – Yacht “Sail Away”
"We were introduced to Share2 Sail by Jane and Mark, having made the step from dinghy to yacht sailing. There was no ‘hard sell’ – they just explained the concept which was an excellent next step. Having just completed our Day Skipper qualification we were not 100% sure that we would love yacht sailing as much as dinghy sailing. Share2Sail offered an ideal opportunity to experience yacht ownership without the very large financial commitment of buying our own yacht. Jane and Mark are both very easy to work with and have great enthusiasm for sailing. With their support we soon became familiar with the yacht and felt confident to take her along the beautiful Algarve coast, to Spain and back. We are now planning our next adventure and would like to thank them both for making this possible."
Nigel & Helen – Yacht “Bonito”
"When we first considered yacht ownership we expected to be spending serious money. It was a big risk to buy a boat without being 100% sure that it was going to give us the pleasure that we hoped for. Then we discovered Share2Sail. This concept struck the perfect balance. It gave us all the sailing we wanted – 6 weeks a year – and at the same time meant that we were not paying for the boat while it lay unused in the Marina for the other 46 weeks of the year. Also, we don’t have to arrange moorings, servicing or insurance – that is all taken care of by Share2Sail. Owning a ‘managed boat’ is great – you just step aboard and go sailing."

"The Share2sail scheme is a brilliant scheme. Initially I was going to buy my own boat. I had met Mark through his lessons and he proposed this scheme.. It makes complete sense every which way. I now have a share of a fantastic £100,000 boat,. It's worry free, because I'm not maintaining it. My fellow shareholders are always asking me to sail on their weeks, so if your partners are great, you can have way more than your allotted weeks. I've made new and varied friends..if I had my own boat for most of the year it would be just sitting there rotting . This is the perfect answer to leisure sailing..
Mark and Jane are a great pair, Marks endless patience and Janes organisational skills make them a great team. You aren't dealing with a big organisation, a phone call or email sorts any issue.. I love it, it's ideal for me, I have a busy life, I want a boat , I don't want the grief.. This is the answer”
Andy Bumford - Yacht “Sail Away”
"I bought an apartment in the Algarve in 2005 and since then I had been meaning to get on the water but I just never seemed to get round to it. Then Mark put forward the idea of shared ownership. I was reluctant at first because I had always pictured myself with my own boat. We took delivery of Sail Away in May 2015 and I have never looked back.
I have done more sailing since May than at any other time in my life. The Jeaneaux 42 is larger and better equipped than anything I could have afforded. I have met a superb bunch of like minded guys and because it is professionally managed, when I’m not on board I am not in the least concerned about its well being. I have no hesitation in recommending this superb way of getting afloat.”

"My sailing experience began in the Algarve, taking the necessary courses to get me to Coastal Skipper with Mark and the Learn2Sail team.
The Boat sharing opportunity was discussed early in 2015 and I jumped at the opportunity and now have a share in a great boat. My reasons for joining were based on several factors, the fact that the boat is based in the Algarve, which has a fantastic climate was probably the main one. Having Mark and the Learn2Sail team involved is also a great benefit because of the knowledge and local contacts that they bring. having a share is also incredibly cost effective and allows plenty of sailing time, especially as you get to know the other members and you can share sailing time. I would absolutely recommend Share2Sail as a route to sailing and boat ownership."
